Level 1: Organizing Skill and Knowledge (S/K) for Online Learning
After this course you should be able to:
- 1. map the content according to the structure in the table of content (TOC)
- 2. organize the content according to the terminal (TO) and enabling objectives (EO)
- 3. identify the skill and knowledge (S/K) based on TO and EO
- 4. organize the S/K into levels
- 5. create a skill hierachy (SH) diagram
Level 2: Instructional Strategy for Online Learning
After this course you should be able to:
- 1. Perform Procedural Task Analysis to formulate an effective instructional strategy
- 2. Design an appropriate learning structure based on the Instructional Strategy (IS)
- 3. Populate the content based on the IS
- 4. Plan the task as part of the assessment
Level 3: Online Facilitation Skill
After this course you should be able to:
- 1. Tryout the course you have created in Level 2 course
- 2. Conduct Usability study
- 3. Propose a handbook for Online Facilitator
